Seeking CPA referral in Emerald Coast

Hi, I'm on the lookout for a CPA in the Emerald Coast area who really knows tax code. I'm a new investor in the Pensacola Market, and I'm in need of a CPA who can do a great job in separating contents vs. building for depreciation as well as advise on best entity for taxes and general tax advise.

I'd greatly appreciate any referrals you are willing to give, or if you are a good CPA, I'd love to get in touch.

Thank you in advance for taking the time for me!

Thank you. That is helpful. I had heard LPs are a good way to go after LLCs, but I will look further at pros of S-Corp.

@Michael Hamby is correct. Best benefits come from paying yourself a salary out of your S Corp. That’s how I do it for the real estate business as well.
