Looking for Condo Owner Lists to contact... any idea?

We're currently calling lists and getting decent results with the leads. From what I can see, none are for Condos and mainly for detached homes, some townhomes, and some lots. I have a friend who would like to purchase condos (primarily in west coast), how can I go about getting lists of Condo Owners to call and even better those that qualify for our lists now like absentee owners, high equity, foreclosure, motivated seller like qualities?

I didnt understand the breakdown of services. With the complete package, do you get 10,000 property records (from filtered location searches)? And since we use a calling app, we need the numbers exported. How much would it cost to export numbers? I see something like 250/8¢ which doesn't make sense, can you help with that?

What features do you like about it compared to others?

I have used some other list generation systems, but I wasn't familiar you can focus on Condos? is that the case with ListSource? Thanks!

Hi @Jerry Villa, you should be able to build this list in ListSource. You can narrow it down by some of those features.
