I have been having issues with hard money lending draws
Hey Guys and Girls,
I have been having issues with the draws from my hard money lender. My draw request was monday of last week property was inspected Thursday of last week and submitted to the lender Friday of last week. I've yet to get the draw funds and the excuse is they are having issues with there note buyer. Has anyone ran into this or is there anything I can do legally? Thank you

but before we panic hopefully it will get worked out this week and you will stick to your good lenders.. I know in our business we are known for being the best at sending rehab funds
we send them same day we get the video or inspection no waiting.. But I own the company and its my rules LOL I know what rehabbers need and want.. its how we keep loyal clients even though we are not the best on pricing we are by far best on service.
