New Investor near Charleston, SC

Hello everyone, been reading some wonderful information here and love the podcast team as well. I own a rental in Colorado but my parents have always rented it so I would still call myself a beginner, especially in the property management side. lol

Looking to purchase some homes around Charleston and Summerville and always looking for a good deal to go bigger and get into multi-family units as well. Hoping to add something to the portfolio every year, manage them myself and always looking to network and partner on a bigger deal if it arises.
