Newish to Lafayette / West Lafayette In

Hello

I am a newbie to REI from the Lafayette / West Lafayette area. I have spent the last year listening to all the podcast and reading all the books I could find on REI, yet I am still learning something new almost daily. I find myself in that analysis/paralysis phase that some talk about and decided that 2021 was going to be my year to jump in.

I do have a buy and hold rental property already but that was just due to circumstance. After purchasing a new home to start a family in, I was able to rent out my old one and it has been going strong for the last 6-7 years. I am looking to expand the number of buy and hold properties in the local area. 

I look forward to meeting others in the surrounding area and building a network so we can all surpass our goals!
