Looking to connect with Arizona investors

Happy Friday, BiggerPockets,

I hope everyone is having a great Friday. I am planning, but I want to start networking with local Arizona investors to see what investment strategies are working in Arizona, knowing each market is different. I am looking to move out of the state of Wisconsin within the next year and move to Arizona, but I have not decided on which part yet. 

Any insights into local markets are welcome, along with any connections would be great.
