What are the listings on BP's Find Deals Section?

Hi, sorry for the noob question but I'm trying to understand what the listings here are. Are they off market deals listed specific to BP community? Most of the listings I see for Phoenix AZ are "for sale" but show as several months old.

@Michael Page yes, some of those listings are BP member listings, and unfortunately some are quite old. We have a roadmap item to address and remove these stale listings.

I know they're always trying to upgrade the site. I have suggested that the listings in Marketplace be given a period of time to run, say 2 weeks, and then have to be renewed. Also, I think there needs to be a way to go back and have the person that placed the listing edit it, or pull it off the site. I myself when looking at listings have one in Bend Oregon, that was sold a few years back. However; I cannot find it to get it taken off.

@Karen Margrave @Michael Page we just released an upgrade that removed a lot of stale listings and enforced our 30-day limit on listings (can be extended). Contact @Nate Slappey III if you want us to tweak the timeframe, right now we’re thinking of expiring listings after 90 days.
