Short Term Vacation rentals in Hilton Head SC

Hello fellow investors, 

I am looking to get into the short term rental market in Hilton Head, SC.  I would love to chat with someone who is currently investing in this area.  My wife and I have been vacationing there for 10+ years and the vacation rental market seems to be a great market.  Any help getting started in this area would be greatly appreciated.  Looking forward to hearing from some of you!
