Racine Wisconsin Investing - Starting Out
Hello,
I am from Lake County and have been looking for a 2-4 unit multifamily in Lake and Kenosha county but have not had much luck. Does anyone have any advice for Racine, and what is it currently like to invest there? Also, does anyone have any property management referrals for these markets?

I am also in Lake County and the 2-4 unit inventory here trades at crazy prices. Usually not for cashflow, unless you can increase the rents by renovating, usually the prices they are selling at is for long-term appreciation over cashflow. I do have a friend who is doing quite well with small multifamily in Kenosha but you have to know the area quite well. Hope this helps!
