I am a 29 yo female. For the past month and a half, I have been deep in researching and expanding my knowledge about investing in real estate, specifically flipping, buy to rent, and wholesaling. At this point, I am looking for network opportunities and genuine/knowledgable mentors that I can connect with as I begin my real estate investing journey around Birmingham, AL area.
