Airbnb/STR things to look for in a market

Hey Everyone, 

I'm looking to purchase my first Airbnb/str in the next six months, one thing I'm really curious about is how you analyze if a market if good for Airbnb/str or not. What are some things you look for in a market as well as some red flags? Thanks!
