Looking for better ways to find off-market properties
I'm looking in out-of-state cities for off-market properties, and am struggling to find potential deals, since it seems like most folks find off-market deals by D4D & other on-the-ground strategies.
What other strategies have you used to find off-market properties when you're out-of-state?
It'd be great if there was something I could search & filter--but wasn't crazy expensive like Costar.

Partner with someone on the ground........probate.....pre foreclosures....Code violations......dissolutions......a lot of the things that could be found at the county level........most major cities have that online
