Rapid City South Dakota Market

Here's a couple of interesting pieces of information if you are looking to invest in the Rapid City/Black Hills market.  Also note that South Dakota does not have the onerous landlord laws that you may find in some other states.  Home prices in the area continue to be lower than other markets and the area has a strong history of tourism.  Let me know if you have questions!
