@Malik Rasheed, worry about getting the deal under contract first. You can do a mix of both deal sourcing and prospect for end buyers, but at the end of the day, it will always come back to the underlining performance of the property. If you have a deal under contract and are still having trouble finding an end buyer, then start networking with investor-focused real estate agents. More often than not, they'll have a cash buyer for you and can structure their commission into the agreement. Hope this makes sense and helps!
