New here. Looking to House Hack in Sacramento
I'm new to the site. I just finished the book How to Invest in Real Estate. Me and my wife want to house hack. We have a pretty good chunk of cash and live in downtown Sacramento. Just wondering if anyone has experience with this area house hacking, or just renting out single family, or multi-family?
