Hello All,

I've been looking to get into the market recently with a FHA loan to house hack a duplex, but as you can see from the title is this a bad time? Any advice or insight is appreciated. Thank you in advanced!

@David Lund You can find a motivated seller with a better rate and take over their payments. Or you can find a motivated seller and buy their house with owner financing. Or you can find a motivated seller and lease purchase their house.
