Advice for how to finance house purchase

Hello, everybody!

I’m new here. I am from Sofia, Bulgaria(Europe) there i have a good construction and real estate business. I want to make a rental business in Miami.

I Have a plan to buy 1 house in 2023, 2-3 in 2024 and 4-5 in 2025, i looking a range between 500-800k before rehab. 

I registered company and will be in Miami between Nov 13-20. 

Will be happy to see with someone who is good in that.
