Florida foreclosure Lawyer and title company needed

Hi BP nation. Im looking to puchase a nonperforming note on a property in Florida. Please reach out if you know of any lawyer that deals w notes and foreclosure that may be able to help. We also need a title company to run a search for all liens, loans, violation and etc on the property

This is my first and am quite nervous about to be honest. Been reading alot but wont learn if i dont dive in and experience it myself. Would appreicate any pointers of Do's and Dont's
