New to the BP Community! Highly Motivated!!

Hi BP Community! I'm in NYC and brand new to all of this. I've been studying for the last couple months and I'm really interested in out-of-state investing. I'd love to start networking and hopefully find someone who'd be interested in mentoring me. I work hard, limit distractions and I'm ready to learn. I am ready to be an extremely successful real estate investor by the fall of 2023. Thank you for reading!
