Need a realtor licensed in WA and OR

I'm looking for an agent (preferably a team) licensed in both Oregon and Washington to refer a client to. They aren't sure where they want to buy, exactly. I recommended Vancouver to avoid high property taxes and the option to shop in Oregon where there is no sales tax. Anyone got an agent I can reach out to?
