Washer & Dryer for a 3BR 3BA STR
Hi everyone!
Given these details on my STR:
3BR, 3BA
1st BR - bunk (twin and full), sheets and comforter
2nd BR - Queen, sheets and comforter
3rd BR - King, sheets and comforter
3BA - shower and hand towels
What size washer and dryer would you recommend ideally?
Also, I understand one load is the goal for turn-around, but realistically do owners do two or more loads assuming the specs above?

Large size for sure anyway. But you don't want to rely on getting the laundry done from the previous guest. You will want to have enough on site in your linen closet to replenish everything without doing laundry right then, too much pressure...what if a guest leaves late and the new one is coming in an hour?
