Advice for Sheriff sale private or hard money
Hi all.
Looking for recommendations for private lenders/hard money lenders who are open to financing a sheriff/trustee sale property in Indiana.
I'm able to put around half of the estimated amount, but looking to fill the gap. Not opposed to paying the up front fee even if we lose the bid.
