Architect for Small Flex Space Construction (10,000 Sq Ft) in NJ

I am constructing a small warehouse/flex space on a parking lot for an existing tenant at a property I own in Lawrence Township, NJ. Does anyone have a recommendation for a New Jersey-based architect or construction group (preferably on the smaller side) that does small warehouse/flex space projects? Boats, vehicles and equipment will be stored in the new space.
