As the saying goes “You know what you know, you know what you don’t know, but you don’t know what you don’t know”. For you seasoned investors if you looked back on your journey to the point you are at now. What did you not know starting that you wish you did, and what helped you progress the most?

I lost much more money by not buying properties than buying them. I regret none of my purchases, only the ones I didn’t buy. Because they were “too expensive” or didn’t cashflow, or I personally didn’t like them. 

I believe this true of just about every investor on BP.
