Where should I go to find investors?

Hey guys, I am new on here and looking for the best way to find real estate investors in the Detroit area. I am currently thinking about selling my duplex and looking for advice on where to find the best cash buyers.

@Collin Geary why do you need a cash buyer? They will leverage the fact that they have cash and offer lower prices.

You may consider posting your listing here in the Classifieds Forum.

There's no one source that will get in front of cash buyers beyond the MLS.

@Collin Geary - There are several things you can do:

1) I would look up your local meetup and begin networking within that group.  They may be able to give you some guidance as to where you can find cash buyers.

2) I would call as many realtors as possible and tell them what you want to do. They may already have some cash buyers ready to go.

3) List the property on your local MLS, which you will have to go through a realtor of your choosing.  This will broadcast your home is "for sale" loud and clear.
