Local CPA and Attorney (St Pete, FL)

Hey everyone! So my wife and I bought our first duplex last year (house hacking) and are looking to get another by the end of the year. In addition, I acquired my real estate license last year and am transitioning full time into that role in the coming months. All of this to say that we need a solid team around us!

So, does anyone in the Pinellas County, FL have any recommendations for a CPA in the area who truly understands real estate investing and has done a great job for them? Same question goes for an attorney. We were sent to a CPA last year who was “an expert” but it doesn’t seem he really is in this realm. Thanks in advance!
