Difficulty finding Cash out Refinance on Fully Paid LLC Property
Hello,
I currently have two real estate investment properties both cash flow positive and high appreciation. One of my properties is fully paid off. I'm looking for a 30 year fixed cash out refinance on that property to finance a third but no one seems to want to offer me this product because it's under an LLC I own without me taking it out of the LLC. I'm willing to offer a personal guarantee on the loan and i'm still having issues finding someone willing to give me that.
I'm also open to non-qm loans and DSCR loan but i'm having an extremely difficult time finding someone willing to do so. Where are some resources I can seek out either a 30 year fixed cash out refi on a fully paid out LLC residential property or DSCR or non QM loan? I don't understand why it's been such a struggle seeking these loans out. What resources can I consult for these loans?
