At what point can you sell a multifamily property after buy rehab rent? Is there seasoning buyers require? Thanks!

Not sure what you are thinking, but you can sell YOUR property anytime you want. You are confusing refinancing , you need to wait to get the ARV,

The seasoning requirement is almost always something that restricts property within the same ownership.  Once a sale occurs it's a different interested party and different rules all around.

You can sell whenever. But be careful if you have any prepayment penalties or guaranteed interest periods. Look at your loan terms to see if you have any

You should be able to sell whenever you want. If you have financing on the property just make sure there's no pre payment penalty.

Be careful of prepayment penalties, but you can literally sell your house the next day if you wanted to.

Also, be aware if you bought the property with FHA. If the seller bought the house with FHA and is now selling to a buyer with FHA, I believe you must own the property for 90 days.

Thanks @Bob Stevens. I guess I was just figuring if the buyer does use financing, their lender may require seasonality as in a certain amount of time they can see the post-renovation performance. Maybe they take the most recent month and extrapolate that, just wasn't sure best practice today. Thank you
