Looking for lenders on secured loan w/ great ROI!

Hi all,

I'm about to sell a couple of SF rentals in Northern NJ and seeking some help to get me through a cash crunch til they sell.

Offering great ROI on secured loan against them and there's plenty of equity there.

ARV: 850k

Debt: 560k

Any private lenders or other lenders interested?
