Non Resident Airbnb Owner Tax Return

Hi we are a couple from Alberta, Canada owning an Airbnb unit in Florida, wondering if there is anyone interested to do our returns or tell us what forms we have to fill in for the tax return, willing to deduct as much as possible (mortgage, utilities, initial setup, supplies). Thanks
