Looking to Network with Local SLC Investors

Hello BP Community!

I have a potential opportunity to acquire a home in Bountiful county from a friend who is looking to move back to California. I am also based in CA and have no knowledge of the market in SLC which brings me to the forum here. I'm open to STR and LTR options if the numbers work. Wondering if anyone has any properties near this county that has some insight they'd be willing to share about the market and any city ordinances I should be aware of.
