Process to List and Sell Manufactured Homes

Hello CA Agents!

I am slowly getting into selling manufactured/mobile homes in a lease land or owned land.

Can anyone walk me through the process (from start to finish) and documentation (CAR and legal forms) when closing out a deal as a listing agent and buyer's agent? Also, what are the typical commissions, costs, parties involved, etc?
