100% Financing for my fix and flip deals

So I’m desperately trying to get into the investing game.  I've been researching and saving for quite sometime now. The problem I’m running into now is financing.  Finding individuals to finance the deals aren’t a problem, but what they require from me is a problem.  Some require 20-30 percent down from my end. I don’t mind having skin in the game, whether it’s 5 or 10 thousand, but 20-30 is out of my range and will take me that much longer to try and save. Is there anyone who does 100 percent financing or requires a smaller percentage down from my end?
