Airbnb Arbitrage in Annapolis Neighborhood

Hi !

My partner and I bought our second house hack in Annapolis, MD. Due to a job change we would like to move to the Virginia area (new job). Our home is in a great neighborhood, 10 minutes from downtown and the Naval Academy, and we are interested in arbitrage offers. The house would be great for a multi-unit Airbnb as it is 2 floors both with their own living space, bedroom(s), and full kitchen. How do we go about finding people interested in that type of arrangement?
