Recreational Vacant Land Investing

Hello Everybody, 

I wanted to start a post on here and see if anyone is doing vacant land investing and recreational land (hunting). I would like to start a conversation and see what are the best strategies you know of to acquire these kinds of land. How do you calculate these properties as they are different from having buildings? Anything you would like to share would be great!
