Property Management for Mid-term Rentals

I have 40 rentals in the Jeffersonville, Indiana area, they are all currently long-term rentals, and we use a 3rd party management company.  I'd like to transition some of our units into mid or short-term rentals to increase cash flow, however, our current mgmt provider does not manage furnished rentals.  Does anyone have any recommendations for the Southern Indiana Louisville market?
