New Member - CRE Multifamily Investment

Hey BP Fam,

I'm Erica and I'm new to the BP forums. I am interested in MF CRE. Although I'm a complete newbie, I'm committed to making my first MF purchase before the end of this year. I've been reading and reviewing listings on loop.net. Yes, I am slightly introverted but refuse to let it prevent me from making money. I'm looking to establish firmly rooted relationships with others in the industry and find a really good mentor.
