Buying properties in Richmond, Indiana.

@Alexander Lurie I grew up in Richmond but now live in Indy. Richmond is a pretty nice town. There are beautiful old homes throughout the area but a good portion of them need a lot of work. I know that Renaissance Properties is going through and restoring a lot of these old homes. They are doing some really good work there. Maybe its worth reaching out to them.
