Recommended Property Managers for Medium-Term Rentals
Does anyone have a recommendation for a property management firm that offers support for medium-term rental property management in Nashville?
As an out-of-state investor, I am looking for a semi-hand's off approach to medium-term rental management. Is it best to look at STR property managers and ask about MTR, or LTR first and see if they work MTR as well.

Personally, I would not use a PM that doesn't have experience in the STR or other hospitality space because what you are running with your MTR is a hospitality business. The MTR client and home requires a much higher attention to detail and is paying for an experience more akin to renting a short term rental than a long term.
