New member in the eastern Iowa area!

Just getting into the forums but have been working my way through the podcasts from the beginning (currently on ep. 155) for the last 2 months.  I'm getting ready to put a house up for rent in the next few months, so I'll be burning up the forums and seeking advice.  I'm excited get going.  If you're in the area or know any groups or other people in the Iowa City, Cedar Rapids areas or up in NE Iowa (Fayette, Decorah) I'd like to get in touch!
