Live in the Nashville area and looking to connect!

Hi! I was hoping to connect with someone who has successfully flipped properties in the area. I currently own a small business and it's becoming self-sustaining so I'm looking to become a full-time investor. I'm willing to learn and help in any way I can. I just want the opportunity to learn firsthand. Currently own an STR near Germantown. Really interested in the Columbia area as I see a lot of growth in that area.
