Aspiring flipper and Vacation Rental Owner

Hey Everyone! I am new to the investment real estate space, but I am eager to learn the ins and outs of this field. As a licensed agent with New Western, I'll have the privilege of connecting with investors while also learning the industry first hand. Personally, I'd love to get into flipping and ultimately pick up a few vacation rentals in the long term. I would say my end goal would be to have a flat in Rome, this is one of my favorite European cities due to the rich culture and amazing food. Does anyone have experience acquiring properties over seas? Would love to connect and learn more!
