Sourcing Transactional Funding for a Double Close ~$720k

Wholesaler here. I have 6 homes under contract in Atlanta, Ga. Buyer hesitant to buy the LLC I created specifically for this deal -- My plan was to assign my membership for a fee and have him close under the LLC as 100% owner. He'd rather not. I'm looking into a double close option instead.
