Is 1 bath condos can be rented or sold fast?

Hi,

I am looking around for my first investment property and I found a condo that looks really nice with nice location and interior but it has only 1 bath. My question is, if I buy this property to rent it out, would I be able to rent it fast or the 1 bath thing will narrow down the potential renters volume? Same applies when trying to sell it in the future, will this may cause the property to not appreciate as fast as similar 2 baths condos?
