Phone number finder - What do you use?

Question

I usually use Realist to get property owner information, as it's part of my MLS. I often use Spokeo to track phone numbers of owners. However; it's not the most reliable, and sometimes I go through several relatives listed to FINALLY get phone number.

What service do you use to find phone numbers of owners that live in property, or are absentee?

I usually use public records, RPR. We have it in Michigan, I'm not sure about other states or I go to whitepages and look it up that way if I know their address or name but usually both.
