Recommend a software for tenant screening and prop mgmt in one?

Hello all,

I'll be listing my rental and would like recommendations for software.

1. I don't want people to email me/text me directly but go through a platform to submit their application, pay their fee for the background/credit/et al., and

2. also have them pay rent pay directly through the platform

3. And submit issues through the platform m

Can you recommend one that would work for only one property?

Turbo tenant is all in one and is awesome. User friendly for both landlord and tenant. They even have a YouTube page where they upload each week answering landlord's common concerns. 10/10 company

I use Turbo Tenant and it does everything that you have mentioned. No complaints from me so far.

As a pro user you get access to Stessa and Rent Redi to manage all of your properties! I would try them out since you're already paying for pro anyway.

@Jami Vincent - I use apartments.com for rent collection and screening. It is free and easy to use. You can use it for tenant communication, however I do not use that function. Overall easy system to operate in.
