Looking for hard money lenders

Mickey Kimball
Posted

Hi, I have a SFR in Lawrence, KS. I have renovated the whole house using all of my own capital and credit cards. I currently have no loans out against it and it just appraised for $248,000. My credit score is low right now(608) since I have a high credit utilization, around 70%. I'm wanting to pull out enough money to pay back all of the credit cards and have say, $10,000 in my bank account. Then, after two months (the length traditional lenders look back), I want to refinance into an appropriate long-term loan. Does anyone know of a reputable hard money lender in my area?
