Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment in New Braunfels.

Bridgeview Real Estate is building a 410-unit class A, multifamily complex near Gruene Hall and accepting equity from accredited investors. Construction begins in September 2023 and hope to return investor capital and profits in 36 months.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

New Braunfels is one of the top growth markets in the entire country while the supply of housing has not kept up with demand. Impact fees have risen and our project was thankfully approved and underway so timing truly can be everything.
