Looking for a contractor to grow with
Hi BP Community -
My business partner have moved past analysis paralysis and are ready to start investing in the NJ/Philadelphia area. We'll be using the BRRR strategy and have already visited multiple properties over the last two weekends. We're targeting multi-families with at least 3 units in select neighborhoods.
Our near term objective is to find a contractor in the area to join our team. We want someone who will take the time to grow with us, sees the potential in a long-term relationship over a quick buck, and will work with us to find creative solutions on projects so that we can all make money!
