New to real estate investing

I am new to property investing. We did a full reno on a mixed use building (2 apartments and seperate floor of office space) in Morristown and are looking to expand our “portfolio”. Would love to chat about trending areas and property types (multi-family vs single , etc). Thanks in advance!
